ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As aTelemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kristin Staropoli - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through direct impact towards the agency's production goals. You improve the lives of our customers by using a needs-based approach to make professional recommendations for personalized products and services.

While promoting our team, our insurance products/financial services, and the good we offer to our community, you also gain unique insights invaluable to your career growth. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and courteous telephone manner.
Understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
